Skillset helps companies train, recruit and develop their staff, and encourages knowledge-sharing and best practice. We listen to employers' needs and identify current and future skills shortages, and through our funding and training schemes we deliver the workforce which those employers need.
Skillset is also working with Train to Gain to make sure employers and freelancers are aware of the support, training and funding they can access through the service.
